About us and our philosophy
Our goal is not to be your order taker, but to be your partner in business. Our philosophy is simple, give our client the highest quality service we can at an honest rate.
We will work with you to present high quality and relevant information in a way that will be easy for visitors to understand and perform well in search engine results pages ( SERPS ).
We will not intentionally do harm to our client. Our suggestions to our client and our actions on behalf of our client will not knowingly use methods that will have the clients removed from search engine indexes or directories. If after suggesting to our client or partner the risks involved with a particular action the client continues on questionable actions, we will terminate the contract at that time.
We will not intentionally break any published or rules known to be enforced by directories or search engines. The published rules and guidelines often change, we will quickly conform to the new guidelines set forth, notify our client, and make the appropriate changes to conform to the new guidelines.
We will not intentionally violate and local, state, federal, or international law. If we believe the client may be in violation, we will cease further work for the client until they are in compliance with local, sate, federal, or international laws. It is the clients responsibility to seek legal counsel at their own expense.
We will no intentionally harm, mislead, or offend a consumer or would be visitor. In general, we do not pass judgment on the product or subject matter being presented. If in our judgment our client is engaged or intends to engage in acts that will will harm, mislead, or offend the consumer or visitor, we will inform the client of these questionable acts. If the client chooses to continue upon that course of action, we will terminate the the contract and all remaining balance will be subject to forfeiture.
We will not falsely represent work of others as our own.
We will not misrepresent our own abilities, education, training, performance standards, certifications, or experience to clients or potential clients. Simply put, if we have done it, we will tell you. If we haven't done it or can't reasonably do it, we will tell you that also.
We will not participate in a conflict of interest without notifying all parties or potential parties involved.
We will not set unreasonable expectations. By this, we will not guarantee a specific result unless we know that it can be delivered. If you are approached by a firm stating they can guarantee #1 results for a given search expression, be wary. They may provide you these results by blackhat SEO practices which may lead to your permanent removal from a given search engine.
We will protect the anonymity and confidentiality of our clients and prospective clients. We shall be bound to protect all information of a client. Nor will we publish testimonials of clients without first receiving permission.
This philosophy is our code of ethics. We strive to uphold our integrity and the integrity of our clients.
